All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Most orders are sent 2-4 weeks once order is received. Please contact customerservice@caddysac.com for faster shipping methods or call 1-877-77-CADDY.

Return Policy:
CaddySac products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for unused and undamaged products. Full refund (less shipping) or exchange can be made. We want you to be 100% CaddyHappy!

Repair Policy:
Your happiness is very valuable to us. The quality of your item is too. If you have a problem that might be the result of a manufacturing flaw, we will be happy to help you! Please email customerservice@caddysac.com for a "return authorization" number. Ship your item back and we will repair it and ship it back to you free of charge! Please expect about 2-4 weeks for repairs.

Recycling:
At CaddySac, we want to help the environment. Not only do our bags help stamp out the use of plastic or paper bags, but we want to do more! Once you are finished using your CaddySac, and are ready to buy a new one...we will help you earn some Caddymoney! Please Contact customerservice@caddysac.com for a "return authorization" number. You can send us back your bag, and you will get 15% off your new order! We will recycle the bag to help mother earth!

Care for your Caddy:
These items are hand made and should be treated with care. We recommend handwashing in cold water and line dry. If your item has a vinyl lining, we do not recommend ironing. Please email us if you have any questions. Take care of your Caddy and your Caddy will take care of you!
